DANIELLE SIMONEAU

CT Softball Hall of Fame. University of Hartford Hall of Fame. Running Lady Titans and coaching the next generation since day one.

Danielle Simoneau has been working at BVSA since its inception in 2006. She is currently running the BVSA Lady Titans program (two teams) and serving as varsity head coach at New Canaan High School.

Born and raised in Stamford, Danielle played softball at Westhill High School and then continued her career at the University of Hartford. She has since been inducted into both the Connecticut Softball Hall of Fame and the University of Hartford Hall of Fame.

Danielle has coached a multitude of softball teams over the years including the CT Heat, Tradition, CT Angels, and Wildcats. She also works as a special education teacher at Julia A. Stark Elementary School where she has been for more than two decades.

She lives in Trumbull with her husband, three children, and two dogs. When she is not in cage 3 teaching pitching or hitting, or coaching on a field, Danielle can be found surrounded by dogs and her family. She is deeply loved by everyone at BVSA, largely in part to her brutal honesty and constant care to help those around her reach their potential.
