CAGE & FIELD RENTAL POLICY

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Advance bookings — card on file is charged the morning of your rental
  • Same-day bookings — card is charged at time of booking
  • No payment, no reservation

CANCELLATIONS

  • 24+ hours notice required to avoid charges
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show — full rental amount charged
  • Same-day bookings — non-cancellable and non-refundable once reserved
  • Policy applies to individual cage/field rentals only (not group contracts)
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Safety comes first. All decisions are made based on client and staff safety.

IF BVSA CLOSES

  • Rentals & Team Training — 90-day credit issued; client reschedules. Unused credits expire.
  • Private & Semi-Private Lessons — returned to account for future use
  • Clinics — rescheduling attempted; if not possible within the season, account credit issued

IF BVSA STAYS OPEN

  • Rentals & Team Training — staffing may be reduced if coaches cannot commute safely; client cancellations for safety concerns receive 90-day credits
  • Private & Semi-Private Lessons — may be cancelled if coach cannot commute; lesson stays on account. Client safety cancellations keep lesson on account.
  • Clinics — may be cancelled if coach cannot commute; account credit issued if not rescheduled within the season

  • Full balance due day-of event

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel 1–7 days out — $250 cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellation — full balance charged
  • Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
