How do I accept my invite and create an account?
Click the invite link sent to your email. You'll be taken to a setup page where you can sign in with Google or create an email/password account. Follow the onboarding steps to configure your workspace.
What are the different user roles?
There are four roles: Platform Admin (full system access), Org Admin (manages your organization's settings, team, and content), Member (day-to-day tasks, coaching, and content), and Co-Admin (executive-level access across multiple areas).
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team Members and click 'Invite'. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invite link to join your organization.
How do I set up my profile?
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Profile'. You can update your name, photo, notification preferences, and timezone.
What features are included in my plan?
Your available features depend on your organization's vertical (Photography, Real Estate, etc.) and the modules selected during onboarding. Your org admin can adjust enabled features from Settings.
Is there a mobile app?
Omniveil is a responsive web application that works on any device. Open omniveil.ai in your mobile browser for the full experience. A native app is planned for a future release.
Content & Social
How do I schedule a social media post?
Go to Social Video, upload your content, and the system will generate platform-specific captions for Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and more. Set a scheduled time and approve the post. It will publish automatically.
Which social platforms are supported?
Omniveil supports Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each platform gets optimized captions, hashtags, and formatting.
How does content approval work?
Content goes through a pipeline: draft > review > approve > schedule > publish. Admins can review pending content in the Approval Queue. The Content Council automatically pre-screens posts and flags potential issues.
Can AI write my social media posts?
Yes. Upload a video or describe your topic, and the AI Remixer generates platform-specific captions. You can edit before approving. The system learns your brand voice over time.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
Go to Settings > Social Accounts. Click 'Connect' next to each platform and follow the OAuth authorization flow. You'll need admin access to the social media accounts you want to connect.
How do I view post performance?
The Content Intelligence panel shows engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) across all connected platforms. Data syncs automatically every few hours.
Coaching & Voice AI
How do I talk to an AI coach?
Open the Coaching panel and select a coach. You can type or use voice input. Each coach has a unique personality and expertise area. Conversations are saved so your coach remembers your progress.
Can I upload video for swing analysis?
Yes. Record a 30-60 second clip and share it in your coaching chat or upload it through the Video Analysis panel. The AI analyzes mechanics and your coach provides personalized feedback.
What voice engines are available?
Omniveil supports 9 voice engines including Cartesia Sonic and ElevenLabs. Each coach has a unique voice profile. You can preview different voices in the Voice Lab.
How do AI training plans work?
Your coach creates personalized training plans based on your skill level, goals, and past sessions. Plans adapt as you improve. Ask your coach for a custom workout anytime.
Is my coaching conversation private?
Yes. All coaching conversations are scoped to your account and organization. Other members cannot see your chats. Coaches share a common curriculum but personalize advice to each athlete.
Billing & Account
How much does Omniveil cost?
During the beta period (through June 2026), all accounts are free. Paid plans start June 1, 2026 with tiered pricing based on your vertical and team size.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing to view your plan, update payment methods, and manage your subscription. Self-service billing will be available when paid plans launch.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Org admins can invite additional team members from Settings > Team. During beta, there are no seat limits. Paid plans will include a base number of seats with options to add more.
How do I cancel my account?

[email protected] to request account cancellation. During beta, there are no charges to cancel. We'd appreciate feedback on why you're leaving.
Will I lose my data when beta ends?
No. All your data, content, and settings will carry over seamlessly from beta to paid plans. Nothing is deleted when billing starts.
Photography (VMP)
How do I create a client gallery?
Go to Projects > New Project, upload your photos, and create a gallery. You can set a gallery password, enable downloads, and share a client-facing link.
How do I send an invoice?
Go to Invoices > Create Invoice. Add line items, set payment terms, and send directly to your client's email. Invoices include your branding and payment links.
How do contracts work?
Create contract templates in Contracts > Templates. When booking a new client, attach a template and send for e-signature. Signed contracts are stored with the project.
Can I automate my social media?
Yes. The AI Studio generates social posts from your portfolio photos. Set up auto-scheduling to maintain a consistent posting cadence across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
How does the client portal work?
Each client gets a unique login to view their galleries, approve photos, download finals, sign contracts, and pay invoices. Share the link from the project page.
How do I set up online booking?
Go to Settings > Booking to configure your availability, session types, and pricing. Share your booking link on your website or social media. Clients book and pay online.
Real Estate
How do I manage my listings?
Go to Listings to add, edit, and track your active properties. Each listing includes photos, details, showing history, and lead activity.
How does lead scoring work?
The AI Lead Scorer rates incoming leads based on engagement, response time, property match, and behavioral signals. Higher-scored leads are prioritized in your dashboard.
How do I track my sphere of influence?
The Sphere panel manages your contact network. Add contacts, log interactions, and set follow-up reminders. The system suggests optimal touchpoint timing based on relationship strength.
Can I automate drip campaigns?
Yes. Set up email sequences for different lead stages (new inquiry, showing scheduled, post-viewing follow-up). Drip campaigns run automatically based on lead activity.
How do I set up open house tracking?
Create an Open House event from any listing. Visitors sign in digitally and are automatically added as leads with the property tagged. Follow-up sequences trigger automatically.
Hedge Fund
How do I set up my fund profile?
Go to Fund Settings to configure your fund name, strategy description, AUM, fee structure, and compliance details. This information is used across investor reports and regulatory filings.
How does compliance monitoring work?
The Compliance Watchdog continuously monitors your portfolio for regulatory violations, concentration limits, and reporting deadlines. Alerts are sent for any flagged issues.
How do I generate investor reports?
Go to Reports and select the reporting period. The system generates monthly/quarterly performance reports with attribution analysis, risk metrics, and commentary.
How do I manage investor accounts?
The Investors panel tracks capital accounts, subscriptions, redemptions, and K-1 allocations. Investors can receive automated monthly statements.
What risk analytics are available?
The Risk Dashboard shows Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, max drawdown, VaR, sector exposure, and correlation analysis. Risk alerts trigger when thresholds are breached.

How do I search for opportunities?
The Opportunity Scout scans SAM.gov and USAspending for contracts matching your profile. Set keyword filters, NAICS codes, and set-aside preferences to narrow results.
How does the watchlist work?
Add interesting opportunities to your Watchlist for tracking. The system monitors for updates (amendments, extensions, new solicitations) and alerts you to changes.
How do I set up my contractor profile?
Go to Contractor Profile to enter your UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes, past performance references, and capability statement. This data auto-populates bid templates.
Can I track recompete opportunities?
Yes. The Deadline Watcher monitors expiring contracts for recompete opportunities. Get alerts 90/60/30 days before contract end dates.
How does price intelligence work?
The Price Intel agent analyzes historical contract award data from USAspending to help you price competitively. See what agencies have paid for similar work.
Trading & Markets
How does the trading desk work?
The Trading Desk manages your Polymarket positions. The AI scout identifies opportunities, the RL model evaluates conviction levels, and the Trading Council provides adversarial evaluation before entry.
What is the Trading Council?
Before high-conviction trades execute, 5 AI advisors with different thinking styles (Devil's Advocate, Base Rate Realist, Correlation Hunter, Timing Skeptic, Risk Accountant) evaluate the trade and can reduce size or block.
How are position sizes determined?
Position sizing uses Kelly Criterion based on the RL model's confidence level, with guardrails: max 30% portfolio exposure, max 5 positions per category, and correlation penalties for overlapping bets.
What risk controls are in place?
Four layers: circuit breakers (auto-pause on losing streaks), portfolio limits (exposure caps), correlation penalties (reduce overlapping bets), and an external risk manager kill switch.
How do I view my P&L?
The Portfolio Analytics panel shows real-time P&L, win rate, Sharpe ratio, and per-strategy performance. Historical results are tracked in the decision journal.

Omniveil works best on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). Mobile browsers are supported with responsive design.
